The dashboard runs on the Pi: candle chart, regime indicator, per-coin signal breakdown. Every metric on the dashboard traces back to a verified data source, or it gets a "—". Daily CPCV retrain at 03:00 with a PBO gate; the new model deploys only if PBO drops under 0.5. The repo is named alcyone-trading-bot because the bot was the first thing I shipped to the Pi I had named Alcyone; the AI on the Pi is the project listed above.
